1. • Discrete Mathematics, Mathematical Reasoning and Proof with Puzzles, Patterns, and Games, by Douglas Ensley and J. Winston Crawley (available at the CU Bookstore, Amazon, etc.)
   

Grading: 10% exercises, 20% projects, 30% quizzes, 40% final exam.
There will be 4 projects and 6 quizzes. The lowest quiz grade is dropped.
Late exercises and projects receive a 25% reduction in grade.
