Midterm Exam:
The exam is a 2 hour closed book exam. Bring your calculator.
In addition, you can bring one 8 1/2 by 11 sheets with handwritten notes (one side only).
I will provide an equation sheet, physical constants and material parameters.
Exam covers M&K Chapters 1-4, on-line text chapters 1-4 (excluding pn-diode current), HW 1-7 and extra handouts linked to the outline

CAETE students:
The midterm exam is scheduled to take place on or prior to Friday 10/21/11. My preference is that all students take the exam on Wednesday. If this does not work for you, please contact me so we can work out another date.
Final Exam:
The exam is a take home exam. You can use your notes, the textbook and the course material on the internet. You can not discuss this exam with anyone until after Dec. 11 noon.
