The Technical Program includes
- five plenary sessions
- regular, invited, and poster sessions
- special sessions with surveys and panel discussions
In addition, eight pre-congress tutorials on control systems research and industrial applications will be given on July 4.
The Congress publications consist of
- a CD-ROM with the full technical materials of the Congress
- 17 printed volumes, with each one covering a full congress track or several technical areas within a track
- a printed volume with all the plenary session papers, panel discussion papers, and the table of contents, authors index, and subject index
The registration fees include the CD-ROM, two selected subject volumes, and the plenary and index volume. The registration fee schedule, in US Currency, is:

A number of social events are planned, including the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on July 5, a Congress Banquet on July 8, and the Closing Ceremony on July 9. Several technical tours are also being arranged to both universities and enterprises in the Beijing area. A number of additional tours are also planned, to offer participants a very good opportunity to appreciate the Chinese culture, ancient civilization, and people's daily life and traditions.
A valid passport and visa are required for visiting China. Upon receipt of your registration form, you will be sent an invitation letter with which you can apply for an entry visa at the Chinese Embassy or the nearest Consulate General.
