• Page 10, second paragraph, fourth line:
  Replace "line-to-transfer functions" with "line-to-output transfer functions"
• Page 113, first line of paragraph above Eq. (5.12):

• Page 116, first line of text:
  iL(t) is not formatted, should read i_L(t)
• Page 177, list item 4, second line should begin:
