We carry out research on a variety of topics in organic and hybrid photovoltaics, photonics, bioelectronics, and neuromorphic circuits, as well as study fundamental processes in complex microbial and biophysical systems. We aim to find insightful solutions to compelling scientific questions and to engineer better materials and devices for novel future technologies.

For a quick overview of the group's interests in solution-processed photovoltaics and electronics, see Sean's Research Blitz talk.
